Taurus –They are laborious, short tempered but good in nature. They like tasty food that can satisfy their appetite and they can easily rush for good food. Cancer-They are aggressive, royal natured and attractive. As a watery sign they don’t crave for dishes that are cooked with unfamiliar ingredients. They usually go for macaroni, breads, ice creams and delicious cookies and creamy pastries. They should take a low-fat diet, cabbage juice, grapes and avoid pastries and bread. Sea food is hot favourite for non-vegetarians and juicy, creamy preparations for vegetarians. Also they should include kidney beans, milk, soups, and sprouted vegetables in their food.

Leo- They are little bit aggressive, royal natured and passionate and flashy about food. For them food must be excellent, hot and spicy with chillies, ginger and masalas. They prefer dishes that are prepared with best of ingredients, fresh vegetables. They usually go for expensive preparation. They should eat vegetables which are rich in iron, coconuts and raisins. Virgos are intelligent and different from others. They like healthy, nutritious and tasty food. They have sensitive digestive system. Sagittarius- they prefer new and bold preparations, they don’t even mind having bitter-gourd (karela) juice. They like stuffed deep-fried Karela. Libra- they usually don’t like to spend time on lunch and dinners, they prefer fast food and want to finish food quickly. They prefer fresh fruit juices, salads and vegetables. Capricorn- they are intelligent, hardworking and determined towards their goal. They like simple, tasty dishes that are prepared properly to retain good health. Aquarius- they like to keep their kitchen well equipped. They like leafy vegetable, green salads and appetizers. They prefer light snacks and follow healthy wholesome food. Recommended diets include dried fruits, citric fruits and should avoid high-fibre food. They want traditional food and would probably love a plate of kidney beans and rice.
